ABOUT

Jennifer Oetker

PT, MSPT, COMPT, Owner

Hi, I’m Jennifer (Jen) Oetker!  I am the founder/owner of Trilogy Physical Therapy, which was established in September 2021.  I graduated from Iowa State University in 1999 with a BS in Dietetics as well as Dietetic Internship passing my boards in early 2000 to become a registered dietitian.  In 2002, I graduated from Des Moines University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. (Yes, I am old to the profession!)

After graduation, I moved to Arizona where I worked at various Physical Therapy settings from outpatient to inpatient to skilled nursing.  During my time in Arizona, I obtained my manual therapy certification (COMPT) while working full time traveling across the Phoenix Valley as subcontractor Physical Therapist.  In December 2010, I returned to Iowa where I have been providing physical therapy services to Ames and the surrounding community in an outpatient setting.  Since 2015, I have prioritized my continuing education on specializing in pelvic health for women, men, and children in our community.  Pelvic health as well as manual therapy are my passions where I continue to expand my learning.

I am married to my highschool sweetheart, Matt, where we grew up in Tama/Toledo, Iowa. We both attended Iowa State University.  We started our family in Arizona with Chase being born in 2005 and Adeline in 2007.  When you don’t find us at ISU sporting events, we are on the sidelines cheering on our kids with Chase playing soccer and Adeline playing tennis!  We also have a crazy German Shorthaired Pointer named Zak who keeps our time at home full of life.

Jordan Pritchard

DPT

Hello, I’m Jordan! I have been a physical therapist since 2017 after graduating from Des Moines University with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. My passion for PT began when I went through PT myself from a gymnastics injury at a young age. My desire to help others as well as being an athlete meshed well with becoming a physical therapist. I went to Central College in Pella earning my BS in Health and Exercise Science and also played for the softball team. After graduating from PT school, I ended up back in my hometown of Boone and began my career in Ames, serving the Ames, Boone, Gilbert, South Hamilton, and other surrounding communities.

I love to work with a wide array of patients, whether that be a young athlete trying to get back to their sport or someone recovering from a neurological disorder, such as a stroke. I currently spend most of my freetime chasing after my two girls or watching the Vikings and Cyclones with my husband. We love to spend summer weekends at Lake Okoboji and you can catch us in the water any chance we can get.

Logan Wallace

DPT

Hi there, I’m Logan! I was born and raised in Arkansas. I completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Arkansas, and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. While studying at the UofA, I ran track and cross country for the Razorbacks for 5 years. I dealt with many injuries during my collegiate running career, and that is where I fell in love with physical therapy!

With my background in athletics, I have always enjoyed working with athletes of all ages and abilities. I love the creativity of return to sport programming, but I am also very passionate in helping people get back to doing the things they love whether it be golfing, fishing, hunting, gardening, cleaning or chasing the kids and grandkids around the yard! Oh, you have some urinary leakage when you try to run? I treat that too! I am looking forward to growing as a pelvic health therapist and I know Trilogy is the best place for me!

Charlotte Hippen

Front Office Manager/Scheduling/Billing

Charlotte grew up in a small town in north central Iowa following which she attended Iowa State University.  After graduating with an engineering degree she and her husband started their family in the Ames and Nevada area, before moving to their acreage near Fort Dodge where she currently resides.

Charlotte has worked in multiple positions ranging from reception with McFarland Clinic Physical Therapy to accounting at Kemna Auto.  She loves the ability to combine her technical expertise with helping the well-being of others in her current role with Trilogy Physical Therapy.

Outside of the clinic, Charlotte cherishes time with her husband of 25 years and their two sons.  She has a passion for nature and enjoys spending time outside on her acreage.  She also enjoys creative time spent quilting.

Kylie Greenfield

Front Office scheduling/marketing

Hi, I’m Kylie! I recently graduated with my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2024. After graduation, I moved to Ames to be closer to my family, pursue my photography business, and of course work at Trilogy Physical Therapy!

At the clinic, I answer the phones, schedule patients, and manage all of Trilogy’s social media accounts. It’s a role I love because it allows me to connect with our patients and the community in so many different ways.

Outside of the clinic, I spend my time pursuing my other passion: photography! I spend my weeknights capturing families, seniors, and couples, and my weekends capturing weddings.
